Customer Service Associate - Work From Home

Job Description:

Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our remote team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution- Process customer orders and returns accurately- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide effective solutions to customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Continuously improve customer service procedures and processes

Requirements:- Proven experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively- Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
