Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact between the client and assigned external customers• Analyze incoming emails and determine prompt resolutions• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key internal contacts• Utilize multiple dispatch and scheduling systems to problem solve for all business units• Maintain knowledge of client's policies, procedures, and software applications• Utilize available resources to identify cost-effective solutions• Implement creative solutions to resolve delivery process issues• Positively represent the client and its relationship with customers• Ensure accurate delivery of products to external customers
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in transportation or logistics• 1-3 years of business experience in transportation or logistics• Proficient with MS Office applications• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills• Conflict management, multitasking, problem solving, and negotiation skills
