Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a motivated and confident Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner- Process customer orders and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing customers- Assist with customer retention strategies and initiatives- Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills- Contribute to the overall success of the customer service department by meeting and exceeding performance goals

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in critical thinking and problem-solving- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team- Experience with CRM software is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
