Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

Sonic Automotive is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Associate to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and sales transactions- Listen to customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and efficiently- Maintain a clean and organized work environment- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong cooperation and leadership skills- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills- High school diploma or equivalent
