About the role: As Customer Service Associates, our team provides exceptional customer service to our financial customers. We value our clients and customers as the most important aspect of our business. We are committed to delivering the best service through training, knowledge, and a desire to excel in the financial world. No previous financial services experience is required. We welcome diverse individuals, including new graduates and career changers from different backgrounds. Strong problem-solving abilities, computer skills, and excellent communication skills are recommended for success in this phone-based role.
Phone Skills Required: Connect people with solutions that help them achieve their financial goals through consultative conversations over the phone. Take ownership of customer requests by understanding their unique situations. Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of each customer. Understand our range of products and services across multiple channels (digital, face to face, high net worth, etc.) and provide appropriate solutions based on customer needs. Added bonus if you have: Exceptional computer skills. The ability to solve problems efficiently and have a desire to improve operational processes and procedures.
