Job summary
Customer Service Agent hourly $16.69/hr.Deliver exceptional customer service to customers from around the world.Provide customers with accurate information and take detailed records.

Responsibilities
• Welcome customers and record feedback on their experience with SIXT.• Check vehicles for damage and complete damage/loss reports.• Review rental charges and provide accurate receipts to customers.• Provide information on transportation to the airport terminal.• Complete service alerts for mechanical and body damage.• Organize and maintain the lot for easy access and traffic flow.• Work in outdoor weather conditions.• Perform other job duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Minimum 1-year customer service experience.• Must be at least 21 with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.• Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.• May require up to 5-10% travel, some by airplane.• Must be authorized to work in the United States.• Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus.
