We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences while providing vital support through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly or escalating them when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries to ensure accurate documentation.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with designated departments to address unresolved customer issues and facilitate further investigation as needed.
Utilize multiple software systems to accurately input new customer information and process account paperwork.
Process consumer refunds accurately and in a timely manner.
Enter and monitor customer hardware service requests (RMA's) to ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:

Preferably minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Enthusiasm for task-based work where achieving goals is fulfilling.
Dedication to providing real-time solutions to customers via phone or email.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and driven to improve processes.
Demonstrated integrity, enthusiasm, and a commitment to building trust and credibility with customers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in working within a hybrid model combining on-site and remote work.
