The Customer Relations Representative will serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships with clients and collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success, with a proven track record of analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport with clients while identifying areas for improvement and highlighting best practices. Review the customer journey and identify opportunities to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals. Facilitate communication and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and strategize upcoming client meetings. Prepare documentation and visuals to demonstrate the performance of campaigns and analyze trends in customer satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement. Work with the sales and marketing team to gather customer references and develop case studies. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to develop strategic plans and manage projects effectively. Analytical and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions. Comfortable working across multiple departments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities to meet the needs of clients and the business.
