The Customer Operations Representative role is integral to our continued success and mission to remove the complexity from logistics. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Understand growth strategy, goals, commitments, policies, pricing agreements, and struggle points of all assigned accounts Establish new and strengthen existing customer relationships through arranging, scheduling, and resolving issues Manage daily shipments in our transportation management system software ensuring on-time pick-up and delivery every time Handle customer operational requirements by building orders, covering shipments, providing track & trace, billing, and collections. Understand market trends and industry standards to facilitate spot and contracted pricing, as well as educate customers as needed.

  Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 1 - 2 years of Logistics Experience Customer Service/Support background Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to Manage Multiple Projects Availability to cover rotating weekends Potential alternative support shift (3pm - 12am) Compensation and Benefits Base + Commission BCBS (medical), Delta Dental & VSP (vision) Life insurance, short & long-term disability – paid by RPM Maternity & Paternity Leave 401(k) with generous employer match Unlimited PTO – use it!
