Customer Fulfillment Specialist
Job Description:
As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the North America Customer Fulfillment team by ensuring seamless order management and timely customer deliveries. The ideal candidate will exhibit a high level of motivation, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Execute assigned tasks aligning with company and customer expectations.
Exercise independent judgment within the scope of authority governed by standard operating procedures.
Collaborate closely with team members and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Utilize system tools effectively to meet order management objectives.
Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and emails from internal and external customers, addressing concerns with accuracy and detail.
Take proactive measures in response to customer requests, maintaining updated and accurate records of actions taken.
Generate reports for analysis as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma with 5-7 years of full-time work experience
Customer Service Background: 2 years' experience in a Customer Service or related role, showcasing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
ERP System Experience: Demonstrated proficiency with ERP systems such as Salesforce, SAP ERP, etc. with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
Analytical & Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.
Organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
