The Customer Experience Specialist (CES) works in a high-performing team environment committed to providing an exceptional customer experienceAssists member/customers with billing questions, basic technical support, and construction timelinesProvides friendly and helpful support to account holders via phone, email, and face-to-face

Responsibilities
• Assist member/customers with billing questions, basic technical support, and construction timelines• Provide friendly and helpful support to account holders via phone, email, and face-to-face• Perform cashier services for collecting payments, deposits, and other monies• Reconcile daily cash collections and balance cash stubs• Initiate mass payment processes including Remit and batch check payments• Import and review meter reading data to ensure accurate billing• Educate account holders on programs such as internet packages and rebates• Support various company programs and activities• Process requests for connection, disconnection, and change of service• Run and review monthly billing reports and contact delinquent accounts• Assist with mass communications to account holders• Address complaints concerning billing or services• Complete and process collection accounts and submissions• Complete residential phone requests and new number requests• Knowledge of YVEA and its subsidiaries rules and regulations• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Strong customer service skills• Ability to provide friendly and helpful support to account holders• Cash handling and balancing experience• Knowledge of billing and meter reading processes• Understanding of company programs and activities• Ability to address and resolve complaints• Experience with collection accounts• Familiarity with phone requests and number porting• Knowledge of rules and regulations• Good judgment and ability to apply governing policies• Ability to pass a drug screen (excluding THC)
