Job Description:

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our team in New York City, New York. This is a full-time remote position with entry-level seniority, perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure success in the role.

Responsibilities:- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency- Provide accurate information about products and services- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
