Job Description:

As a Customer Care Specialist at Western Digital in Houston, Texas, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your main duties will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, and documenting all interactions accurately.

Requirements:1. High school diploma or equivalent.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.6. Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required.7. Must be adaptable and able to work well under pressure.8. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers.
