Job Description:

As a Customer Care Representative at Lithia Motors in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and maintaining customer records. You will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company in a professional and courteous manner.

Responsibilities:1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person2. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner3. Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts4. Maintaining accurate customer records and updating the database5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction6. Providing product information and assistance to customers7. Meeting and exceeding customer service targets and goals8. Managing and organizing customer feedback to improve service quality9. Participating in training and development programs to enhance customer care skills10. Upholding company policies and procedures related to customer service

Requirements:1. Motivated and resilient individual with a positive attitude2. Strong analytical and presentation skills3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities4. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications6. High school diploma or equivalent is required7. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required8. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment9. Must be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
