As a Customer Care Officer at Accenture in Los Angeles, California, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience- Confident and resilient personality- Strong planning and time management skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- High school diploma or equivalent
