Job Description:

Gap is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Washington, D.C., US. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer care, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer care representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer care team, including managing schedules, training new employees, and resolving escalated customer issues.- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the team's performance against goals.- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in customer care, with at least 2 years in a management role.- Strong emotional intelligence and persuasive skills.- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Experience with CRM software and other customer care tools.- Adaptable and able to quickly pivot in a fast-paced environment.
