Customer Account Representative

LHH is looking for a Customer Order Representative for a company in the Greater Milwaukee area. You would be responsible for efficiently managing and processing orders while working closely with internal stakeholders. Looking for someone with strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Manage and process customer orders
Provide sales quotes, order confirmations, lead times, product issues, shipping delays or backorder information to customers
Respond to inquiries regarding products, services, delivery dates and pricing
Schedules shipping and monitors to delivery
Manage the release of orders and work closely with production on product availability
Pull data and support documentation
Manages order/product changes and routing

Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $24-$27 an hour
