Regent at Burnsville, a 150-bed independent and assisted living campus, is hiring compassionate Part-Time Culinary Servers to join our team. Excellent hours for students - 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm No senior care experience necessary! We welcome candidates from all industries, including restaurant workers and anyone with a passion for providing great customer service. We will train you for this position! There are Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working varying schedules including some weekends and holidays.
Hours : 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm (Evening) (Longer shifts available upon exceptional work performance)
Pay: $15.00 / hour, plus free meals!

Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, and families. Take resident orders and serve meals when orders are ready. Work within the department to provide quality and nutritious meals and service to residents. Assist with food preparation and serving meals to residents. Help maintain a clean and sanitary dietary department. Wash dishes and clean the kitchen and dining rooms. Assist residents, employees, and guests with a broad range of dietary needs. Assemble items needed for meals and deliver meal carts to appropriate areas. Perform additional tasks as needed. What does a Server require? Prior experience working with the elderly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills. Restaurant experience a plus!
