Crm Training Consultant

We're looking for a talented Veeva CRM Training Consultant to join our team! In this exciting role, you'll play a key role in helping our clients' sales and MSL teams unlock the full potential of Veeva CRM.
What You'll Do:
Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive Veeva CRM training programs tailored to various user roles and experience levels.
Conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
Develop high-quality training materials such as user guides, manuals, and presentations.
Stay up-to-date on Veeva CRM advancements and incorporate new features into your training programs.
Gather feedback from trainees and use it to continuously improve the training experience.
Track training effectiveness and generate reports to inform future programs.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Proven experience as a Veeva CRM Trainer or similar role.
Expertise in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
Strong understanding of Veeva CRM and the ability to explain it clearly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
A passion for learning and development.
The ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Bonus Points for:
Veeva CRM Administrator or Consultant certification.
Experience in the life sciences industry.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
Experience in instructional design or curriculum development.
