Full job description What we do: Shivers Buildings is at the forefront of Backyard Storage and Tiny Home innovation. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a CRM Specialist to play a pivotal role in optimizing our customer relationship management processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage our CRM systems and marketing strategies to enhance operational effectiveness and customer engagement.
Key Duties: - Email Drip Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted email drip campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
- Workflow Design: Brainstorm and create efficient workflows within our CRM system to streamline marketing and operational processes across all departments.
- Text Message Campaigns: Coordinate and execute text message campaigns to engage customers and enhance retention.
- Ads Management: Support the management and optimization of digital advertising campaigns, including conducting regular ad audits to maximize ROI.
- Operations and Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with Operations and Marketing Departments to provide assistance with daily tasks and initiatives.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in CRM management, digital marketing, or a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager). Preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
