Our client is seeking a dynamic Counter Sales Rep to join the team in their Jacksonville distribution center. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with people providing exceptional customer service. This position offers the opportunity to interact with a diverse customer base and showcase your sales skills.
This is temp-to-hire opportunity. Hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00am-4:00pm

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week Duties: Taking and placing orders via over the phone or through email and in person. Taking care of the front desk and showroom. Counting inventory and restocking. Ordering material when they run low. Filing paperwork and taking payments. Prior experience working a counter sales job in auto parts is a plus as this role is very similar. The ideal candidate will: Be reliable and show up on time, 40 hours a week. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting products and provide recommendations based on their needs. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed Required skills: Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships. Sales-oriented mindset.
