We offer a generous benefits package which includes a competitive medical, dental, and vision plan with national provider networks, a 401k retirement plan with employer contribution, paid time off, company-sponsored medical clinics, company match share purchase program, and much more!Responsibilities:Effectively communicate with peers and stakeholders at all levels within the organization as required.Proactively analyze problems as they occur and develop countermeasures to remediate problems while remaining cognizant to not introduce other problems because of the implemented countermeasures.Oversee and manage all aspects of the RCM and RCA programs including tools, methodologies, conducting workshops, execution of tactics, providing training for facilitators and technicians, maintain sitewide defect registry, and reporting to stakeholders.Oversee and manage efforts to support Asset Management to maximize asset availability and uptime by identifying, prioritizing, designing, developing, and recommending strategies to keep and/or return assets to maximize sustainable performance.Oversee and manage efforts to integrate quality assurance and controls into craft procedures while ensuring those procedures are accurate both in scope, content, context, and time required to complete the tasks.Oversee and manage efforts to verify assets are configured properly and per standards, including tactics for maintaining assets.Oversee and manage efforts to ensure preventive maintenance procedures to support standard jobs are correct based on RCM studies and RCA inputs, are written so they are easy-to-understand and easy-to-follow with sequenced instructions, pictures, check sheets, verifications, signoffs, etc.Oversee and manage efforts to ensure scheduled maintenance tasks are correctly set up in CMMS and peripheral applications so all asset information is synchronized and current.Oversee and manage efforts to ensure asset upgrades are documented via drawings, reports, Management of Change, etc., and distribute as necessary and ensure peripheral systems and applications are also updated.
