UXR Project Coordinator (remote)

Job Description:
Our client is in need of a UX Research Project Coordinator that is an excellent communicator, creative problem solver, and organized 'optimizer'. The hiring manager is not 100% sure on the amount of hours but anticipates 20+, which could also end up scaling up to more. The hiring manager is also open to working with this individual to build an accommodating schedule whether it be the same days each week (ex: M,W,F) or more ad hoc. Either way, they do not need someone super experienced in UX, but someone who is organized, motivated, and has some background in supporting technical teams or UX.
Required Skills:
2+ years e xperience working with UX Research teams, Product Managers and/or Designers in a project coordinator/administrative role 2+ years in the field of UX Research Operations, or operationally-minded role Experience working within a technology organization, preferably enterprise-level Confidence in leading calls, building rapport, and maintaining healthy stakeholder relationships Supporting or leading project planning, managing timelines, scope creep, etc. Ability to shape research plans and timelines that set appropriate stakeholder expectations Ability to support multiple concurrent projects ensuring forward progress and keeping teams informed through clear and proactive communication. Experience with end-to-end compliance with NDAs and consent forms, legal and regulatory requirements, and data privacy/retention requirements. BonSoft Skills: Familiarity with Google Workspace and UX tools (Ethnio, Qualtrics, UserTesting, etc.) Experienced with operational tasks including preparing screeners, filtering and vetting candidates, gathering NDAs, scheduling sessions, supporting data collection, and coordinating participant compensation
