Job summary
Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) Coordinator for ID1Design and implementation of global access management solutionPartner with collaborators to protect Micron's valuable IP
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Participate in core team discussions to make critical decisions• Lead complex projects to implement or operationalize the RBAC program• Provide recommendations on approach and capabilities• Optimize and mature the program to deliver effective and efficient results• Monitor the performance of multiple agile teams onboarding Micron's applications into the RBAC platform• Use agile management tools to supervise sprint performance and identify improvements• Use data, observations, and feedback to identify best practices and implement them as standards• Collaborate with stakeholders from across the Micron network• Develop short- and long-term plans around RBAC design, implementation, and execution• Work to reduce or eliminate roadblocks for successful execution of roadmaps• Design metrics to highlight program progress and success
Requirements
• Experience working across global teams• Demonstrable ability to drive multifaceted projects to completion• Independent worker• Excellent prioritization capabilities• Highly organized with experience leading large projects• Skilled at influencing others• Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and gather information from various sources• Proven proficiency dealing with complexity• Demonstrated successful leadership characteristics• Experience acting as a mentor and team builder• Ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups• Comfortable interacting and connecting with technical, non-technical, and leadership teams• Ability to network effectively through global teams• Proven ability to identify, understand, and mitigate risk• Demonstrated ability to partner successfully with other groups• Problem solving and analytical skills• Proficiency in managing through systems, informing, organizational agility, and dealing with ambiguity• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficient with Excel• Experience in agile methodology is a plus• Experience with data or software access controls is a plus• Experience working with software development teams is a strong plus• Solid understanding of MTGroups is a strong plus• Familiarity with a wide range of Micron's software systems is a strong plus• Understanding of semiconductor processing, tech nodes, DIDs, and manufacturing areas is a plus• High-reaching, focused, dedicated, and a self-starter with business insight• 5+ years of Micron experience is ideal• Experience as a people leader is preferred• BS or MA/MS in Engineering, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is ideal
