The position reports to the F&B Manager. You will be in charge of cooking and prepping food for our iconic Bar 600 Restaurant. DOEHours can range from 20 to 30 hours per week. Sometimes overtime is needed, depending on service demand.Responsible for setting up evening complimentary service and restaurant from 3 pm to 10 pm.You will be asked to prepare complimentary food offerings such as horderves and complimentary cookies.You will be asked to prepare and cook restaurant menu items like oysters on a half shell and margarita pizzas.You may be asked to work our complimentary breakfast services, but not required. Complimentary breakfast shift is 7 am to 11 am.Responsible for the cleanup of the buffet area and kitchen including taking out the trash / recycling.Maintains proper inventories of food and beverage items throughout the service period.Communicate frequently with F&B Manager regarding inventory needs to support all services.Adheres to sanitation standards in all areas where food and beverages are served and stored.Maintains cleanliness of service facilities to ensure standards are maintained.Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.Respectfully takes direction from supervisor.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTSFood & Beverage server experience required.Great service mindset to deliver the best guest experience. Hospitality experience helpful, but not requiredExperience to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Must be able to read, write and speak English.Must have valid Oregon's food handler's card.OLCC permit preferred but not required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS* The physical demands described here are representative of those associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
