• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards• Assist with menu planning and development• Ensure proper storage and rotation of food items• Maintain a clean and organized work area• Collaborate with other kitchen team members
Requirements
• Availability to work every other weekend and holidays• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally• Line cooking or quantity cooking experience preferred• Subject to pre-employment screening and testing
