Based in beautiful Lexington Kentucky  we are a Solar Energy Solutions company that delivers high-quality renewable energy solutions through out Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Illinois and West Virginia. Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of hiring for Senior Controller or CFO that possesses strong experience with Accounting, Financial Activities including budgeting, reporting and cash flow management. We are looking for experience in Construction Accounting, Progressive Billing, WIP and Job Costing. Experience in renewable energy is a plus!

What You Will Be Doing: You will Manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
What You Need For this Position Box: At least 6+ years of experience with:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification is preferred. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Experience in Construction Accounting including Progressive Billing, WIP, and Job Costing. Nice to Have: Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus. Proficient in using financial management software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders.  Benefits Competitive pay ESOP Company 401K.
