As a Contracts & Procurement Administrator, you'll dive into a world where every day brings new challenges and opportunities. From providing crucial support in managing a diverse array of contracts to ensuring compliance with regulations, your work will be the backbone of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Take the lead in administering various contracts, from CPFF/CPAF/CPIF to FFP, T&M, and beyond, both before and after award.
Dive into contractual documents with finesse, analyzing and interpreting them with ease.
Be the go-to person for full contract lifecycle administration support.
Keep a vigilant eye on potential non-compliance issues, notifying the team and clients promptly.
Seamlessly integrate daily tasks to meet corporate, contract, and federal requirements efficiently.
Offer invaluable advice to customers regarding contract requirements and government regulations.
Summarize contractual requirements and status in engaging contract briefs.
Stay proactive in managing contractual documentation and action items.
Review and analyze purchase orders and subcontracting instruments to ensure compliance.
Handle client data with finesse, supporting routine data entry and reporting requirements.
Wrap up subcontract documentation neatly during closeout.
Keep your skills sharp by attending internal compliance training and specialized courses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience that demonstrates your prowess.
At least 2+ years of hands-on experience in federal government contracts administration and management.
A minimum of 2+ years in subcontracts, procurement, or supply chain functions under federal government contracts.
Familiarity with an approved CPSR system is a plus.
A solid 4+ years of cumulative experience with GovCon, FAR, DFAR, SBA, GSA, and similar acronyms.
Your communication and analytical skills are top-notch.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially spreadsheets, is a must.
You're a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Your time management and problem-solving skills are second to none.
