What will I be doing? Support families who are involved with DFCS (Dept. of Family and Children Services) by providing:
Hotel supervision for displaced foster children Parent Aid Training Supervise visitation between approved parents and children Provide transportation services Provide drug screen collections Collaborate with case managers, other contractors, and community partners to ensure effective treatment and case collaboration Am I a good fit?   Successful staff exude a passion for serving vulnerable individuals and families    Must have the ability to use your professional skills and expertise to help individuals and families in need to reach their greatest potential A flexible schedule is important for this role, and allows you to have control over your session planning  Ability to work independently and manage time well  Qualifications:   Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field Human Services degrees which are acceptable: Psychology, Sociology, Counseling (religious counseling does not qualify) Social Work, Child Development, Community Mental Health, Human Services, Education (experience teaching K-12 grade) Or Five years' experience in the human-services field working with children K-12th grade.
