Summary:
Moodys NWC is seeking a skilled and experienced Contextual Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and optimization of our product features with a focus on context-aware solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers, to deliver products that leverage contextual intelligence to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and drive the strategic roadmap for context-aware product features, aligning with the overall company goals and vision. Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in contextual intelligence, staying abreast of industry best practices. Utilize user research, data analysis, and feedback to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences in different contexts. Define and prioritize product features based on contextual relevance, ensuring alignment with user expectations and business objectives. Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to execute the product roadmap, from ideation to launch. Create prototypes and mockups to communicate product concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders. Implement A/B testing and other methods to optimize contextual product features, iterating based on performance metrics and user feedback. Oversee the successful launch of new features, monitoring post-launch performance, and making data-driven decisions for further enhancements. Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our contextual products against industry standards and identify areas for improvement. Communicate product updates, progress, and insights to internal stakeholders and external clients, fostering strong relationships and trust. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven experience (X years) as a Product Manager, with a focus on context-aware or intelligent products. Strong understanding of contextual intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven product development. Proficiency in agile development methodologies, product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello), and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch). Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed product decisions. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate product concepts and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact products. Passion for innovation, user-centric design, and creating products that make a meaningful impact in the market. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary for this position ranges from 120k/year in our lowest geographic market up to 160k/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Other forms of compensation are offered in the form of medical, vision, and dental benefits.
