Container Shop Operations Manager

Coastal Waste & Recycling is privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently adding a Container Shop Operations Managers to help support this growth.
Coastal Waste is currently adding an Operations Manager for our container shop to manage the day-to-day operations of the container shop including inventory, repairs, delivery, and distribution. This job includes:
Overseeing the daily operation of the container shop, including staffing and scheduling. Ensuring containers are in good repair in both structure and appearance to properly represent the company's image. Assuring container supply meets customer demand. Assisting in budget process. The ideal candidate will have experience as an operations supervisor, to include hiring, training and coaching employees, route management, and resource allocation.
