Contact Center Specialist - Work From Home

Lithia Motors is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from home. We are looking for individuals who are adaptable, reliable, and possess strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, or requests for information- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction- Educate customers on products and services offered by Lithia Motors- Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues or escalate as needed- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call volume, response time, and customer satisfaction ratings- Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Must have a reliable internet connection and home office setup- Willingness to undergo training and development as needed
