Job Description:

XPO Logistics is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Houston, Texas. This is a part-time, remote work position at an entry-level seniority level with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and feedback- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Utilize analytical skills to assess and address customer needs effectively- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service levels- Manage customer relationships by building rapport and establishing trust- Utilize company systems and technology to accurately document customer interactions- Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Passionate and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and address customer needs effectively- Excellent people management skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships- Ability to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment- Proficient in using technology and company systems to communicate and document customer interactions
