Job Description:

Booking.com is seeking a passionate and independent Contact Center Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and partners.

Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers and partners- Assist customers with booking reservations, answering questions, and resolving any issues- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills- Utilize persuasion and decision-making skills to upsell and cross-sell products and services- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners- Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs set by the company- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently- Passion for providing exceptional customer service- Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively- Comfortable with remote work and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency with technology and various CRM systems
