Job Description:
Desktop Metal is seeking a part-time Contact Center Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.
Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.2. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.3. Use effective communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.4. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the company's system.5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.6. Meet or exceed key performance indicators and goals set by the company.7. Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers.
Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits.3. Strong negotiation and cooperation skills.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
