Job Description:

News Corp. is seeking a talented Contact Center Manager to work from home in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time role with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, this position requires at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent and resourceful, possessing excellent attention to detail and strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of contact center representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team goals are being met- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and increase efficiency- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve complex issues- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in contact center management- Create reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement- Work closely with the IT department to address any technical issues

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field- Proven experience in contact center management- Excellent communication and leadership skills- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software- High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
