Contact Center Assistant - Work From Home

We are looking for a Contact Center Assistant to join our team at Desktop Metal. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and assist our customers with any questions or concerns they may have regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails from customers in a professional and timely manner- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Passionate and energetic individual with a desire to help customers- Strong decision-making and planning skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent
