JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our client is seeking a Technical Revenue Operations specialist to empower the Order Management team in supporting Adobe's Digital Experience/Digital Media enterprise and channel business models. The role focuses on providing enablement training, overseeing Revenue Operations error handling, managing key projects for long-term strategy alignment, and contributing actionable insights across various operational teams. This position is critical for maintaining compliance, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring successful project launches and process implementations within Adobe's Revenue Operations.
Provide enablement training to business partners on new projects/processes.
Oversee error handling processes to ensure compliance and successful audits.
Manage transformational projects aligning with revenue operations' long-term strategies.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Adobe's tools and systems to support Revenue Operations effectively.
Proactively resolve system queries/issues and spearhead beneficial process change initiatives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in company systems and related tools such as ECC/SFDC/SharePoint/D365.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional communication skills and an approachable demeanor for effective query resolution and project management.

Education: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
