Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging professional learning experiences to educators, both in-person and virtually, reflecting best practices for adult learners.
Provide coaching and support to assist teachers in developing and implementing effective math instruction strategies.
Model effective teaching practices and strategies through classroom demonstrations.
Facilitate productive meetings with school and district leaders to analyze data and strategize for success.
Embrace and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of work.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years teaching experience in K-12 mathematics education.
Demonstrated expertise in delivering professional learning to educators.
Strong facilitation skills for coaching and planning sessions with adult learners.
Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
Experience with ST Math is advantageous.
Located in Ventura County, with willingness to travel.
Additional Requirements:
Must have a personal computer or laptop with webcam and reliable high-speed internet.
