This position has the potential to be fully remote or hybrid, providing flexibility in your work environment.As a Construction Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to work on transportation projects, including Bus Rapid Transit, Light Rail, and complex roadway/bridge projects. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are passionate about construction and have experience in heavy civil infrastructure.Responsibilities:Independently build and review schedulesCreate integrated schedules and cost/resource loading using P6Collaborate with teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are metPromote and perform effectively within a team environmentCommunicate with clients to address project needs and provide updatesEssential Job Functions:Utilize advanced experience with P6 and demonstrate proficiency in bluebeam and On-Screen TakeoffHave a strong understanding of construction methods and processesPossess effective communication and organizational skillsDisplay transparency in work productExhibit the ability to learn and utilize 4-D Scheduling on Synchro ProSkills:Related 2- or 4-year degree with 3+ years of experience OR 6+ years' relevant experience without a degreeExperience with P6 required, including integrated schedules and cost/resource loadingKnowledge of Bluebeam and On-Screen Takeoff preferredAbility to obtain AACE International PSP or PMI-SP certifications desirablePrevious experience with 4-D Scheduling on Synchro Pro is a plusFamiliarity with Deltek Acumen Fuse and/or Microsoft Project is beneficialGreat communication skills and ability to successfully interact with clientsJoin and enjoy excellent benefits, including medical insurance and dental insurance.
