Responsibilities
• Perform takeoffs, develop estimates, and write client proposals• Administer contracts and develop project schedules and costing• Supervise projects and ensure quality control• Prepare customer billings and assist in collection efforts• Develop opportunities for sales of Western's services• Assist with implementation of branch marketing goals• Maintain relationships with current and potential clients• Provide customer support throughout projects• Accurately estimate and price all work• Monitor and supervise project deployment• Document and communicate project change orders
Requirements
• 5+ years experience in commercial construction• High school diploma or equivalent required• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field is a plus• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry
