Construction Project Manager - Tenant Improvement

We have partnered with a

top national general contractor

and are assisting them in a search for a

Project Manager

in their

Phoenix

division. They specialize in multifamily, commercial, healthcare, office, hospitality, and life sciences projects ranging from

$2M - $300M+ . They do ground up and tenant improvement work but this role will specifically be for their TI division.

Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle.
Manage project budget.
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
Lead project team in creating project management plan.
Organizes and performs pre-award and precon meetings.
Negotiate subcontracts.
Plans execution of construction contract.
Coordinates project closeout.
Runs the payapp process.
Negotiates change orders with subcontractors and owner.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in construction
Previous experience working as a Project Manager for a reputable GC
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
