Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and monitor all aspects of assigned project initiatives• Utilize appropriate project management tools to coordinate and monitor progress• Coordinate and review project tasks with internal resources and external clients• Facilitate the definition of project objectives, scope, and approaches• Set clear milestones, timetables, and deliverables with leadership• Track progress and expenses, report and present project results• Resolve conflicts among project stakeholders• Develop processes and systems to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion• Identify areas of improvement in the project management process
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience• Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager• Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills• Proven track record of managing multiple high-stakes projects• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in multi-location environments• Experience with project management tools and techniques• Knowledge of budgeting and finance concepts• PMP or other related certification a plus
