The construction manager at Velox is a leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of construction projects. Responsibilities: Project Leadership:
Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of telecom construction projects.
Collaborate with all teams to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements.
Team Management:
Manage and lead a team of construction supervisors and support staff.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary considerations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Budget Oversight:
Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
Provide strategic input on budget planning and forecasting.
Client Interaction:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring project alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate with clients on specific project requirements and modifications.
Resource Optimization:
Optimize the allocation of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize project efficiency.

Safety and Quality Assurance:
Enforce and promote a strong safety culture throughout all construction activities.

Contract Management:
Manage contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Documentation and Reporting:
