Job Title: Estimator or Senior Estimator
Job Location: Englewood, CO
Salary: $90k-$130k
Requirements: 3-10+ Years Experience as Construction estimator

What You Will Be Doing - Complete estimates for medium and large sized projects
- Review historical data from subcontractors, POs, etc. into unit cost and production rates used to generate estimates
- Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work
- Coordinate total estimating effort relevant to particular bid/project as assigned
What You Need for this Position 3-10+ Years Experience as Construction estimator
- Ground Up / Commercial projects
- Advanced knowledge of estimating techniques
- Bachelors degree is preferred
