Roles and Responsibilities Plans Work Coordinates and Executes Work Oversees and Directs Staff Promotes Client and Industry Relations Ensures a Safe Work Environment Participates in Training/Certifications Requirements Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university and 6 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Experience on concrete, bridge, and highway projects, MDOT preferred Foreman experience In-depth knowledge and experience of formwork systems May require appropriate Craft Certification Concrete structure project experience Compensation/Benefits Medical, dental, vision, Insurance Bonus program Retirement plans PTO Vehicle allowance
