Concrete Estimator

We are a concrete subcontractor who has more work than we can handle. As our company grows we are looking for an estimator to help us bid on and win projects
If you know how to estimate concrete and are looking to grow into a project management role eventually , we need to talk, today ! What You Will Be Doing - Estimating commercial and residential structural concrete and flat work projects. 
- Estimate new projects.
- Act as company representative with clients.
- Project cost and revenue on selected projects.
What You Need for this Position - Experience estimating all phases of structural concrete and flat work construction
- Minimum of BA degree in construction management, civil engineering or equivalent
- Proficient math skills, MS Office, estimating software, scheduling software, digitizer, written and verbal communications
- Proven skills in client negotiations, project management and administration
- Candidate should have either strong experience estimating projects on the structural side (Building foundations including footings, walls, slabs, stairs, ramps, etc.) or with Flat work (Installing Concrete Curbing, Sidewalks, Pavers and Pads) or both
