Coordinate and supervise the duties of team members, supervisors, and volunteers in the concessions department Schedule interviews and hire team members; conduct training sessions in line with company policies and procedures Follow federal, state and local regulations in relation to safety, hygiene, sanitation, alcohol, payroll, employment and EEO Ensure cash handling and inventory levels processes are effective Prepare sales and operational reports as required Minimum of 5 years of management or supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in a concessions environment No college degree required Working knowledge of business and accounting procedures; ability to analyze data Experience with inventory distribution and familiarity with POS systems
