Communications Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a driven and hardworking Communications Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. As an Associate level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in communications or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Mosaic's brand and message- Create engaging content for various communication channels including social media, email campaigns, and press releases- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice- Monitor and analyze communication performance metrics to make data-driven decisions- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in communications- Assist in crisis communication efforts as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field- 4 years of experience in communications or a similar role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting- Highly organized with excellent time management skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms- Experience with graphic design tools is a plus
