Communications Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Communications Specialist to join our team at Deere in Fort Worth, Texas. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in communications or a related field. The Communications Specialist will play a key role in developing and executing communication strategies to help our company achieve its goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement communication plans to support company initiatives- Write and edit content for various communication channels, including press releases, social media, and internal communications- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns- Provide support for events, including planning and executing logistics- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in communications or a related field- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Reliable and resourceful personality traits- Innovation and project management soft skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
